It is fall...how much yard maintenance needs to be done?

It is fall and the leaves are falling.

Your listing has a lot of trees and a lot of leaves on the ground.

Home much fall maintenance do you have your seller do.

Are the leaves to be picked up every few days so it doesn't look like a lot of work,

OR do you let them do their own thing?

When showing a listing like this and no leaves have been removed and a client says, looks like a lot of work, how do you counter that?

Great point . . . . when a home is on the market . . . . the leafs need to be racked.

Good luck and success.

I always told my clients they need to keep it raked enough so that there isn't leaves 6 inches deep
