Wisconsin Moon Walk

Bob has brought to our attention a great family activity.

A moonlight walk.  There are different distances which is great to tailor the walk to your family.

If you are not used to talking a late night walk, this is a great way to try it and bring some friends.  More the merrier.

Wisconsin Moon Walk

No, this is not the Wisconsin version of Michael Jackson popular dance move, it is an actual night walk.   On October 24, 2015 old and young will meet to walk the Harvest moon - moonlit Tomorrow River State Trail.

The 12 mile hike starts at 6:00 pm. The 4 and 8 mile walks begin at 7:00.

Carved pumpkins mark your miles. There will be refreshments and port-a-potties along the trail. Everything you need for a fun night of exercise and entertainment.

That sounds like a nice way to spend the evening, I like the lite pumpkins to light the way.

Cool idea...gets people out and about and with a lot of people it should be really safe.
