If you are starting to look for hunting land...

If you are looking for hunting land with the idea to hunt opening deer you may almost be out of luck.

First off, not many properties can be sold in a week to 10 days.

Second, Those really serious buyers have bought the good stuff.

Not much-left for this year.

But, keep looking that way you will be ready for next year.

Hi Bill, it depends on where you are looking for your hunting land.  Some areas still have some good parcels available.  But I agree, you would have a difficult time closing soon enough to hunt on it this year.

Hello William ... I agree with you and Bob in his comment above. Great photo and I used to own many different parcels of vacant land in northern Minnesota that I wish I had never sold

William I so remember opening of deer season and fishing too. You are the expert agent to get hunters onto their own parcel of land way before next years season.

There are some good parcels in my area, but the deer pop is very low
