How often do you remember?

I was attending a funeral for a relative at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Another of our families Brave service men  was called home.

As I looked around the see of heads stones, I think about what they had to endure.

I think about what they did to make and keep me free.

 

It is true, we have special days set aside for our heroes,  but they really deserve more than that.

Please take time today out of your busy lives, if even for just a couple minutes and give thanks for what we have because of them.

 

It is the least we can do!
