Tax Market value.
Sellers perceived value.
Buyers perceived value.
Real Estate Agent market value.
But the only one we can really use it the APPRAISAL value.
That is what the bank will go buy and what we all get stuck with. While it is true that 10 different appraisers will give 10 different values, that makes no difference. we can only use the first one in most cases.

I think you get my drift...Valuation of a home is not a perfect science and that is the job of Professional Real Estate person to help you through that process.
DON'T be thinking some 3rd party NON-Professional real estate site has the right info...Do it right and call the professional. Most cases the valuation is free!!!!!!!!!!!!!
