Does your agent understand your needs, wants and likes?

Many agents think that they can serve everyone.

No matter what they need, or want or like.

I see this often when some agent from the city brings someone out to look at hunting land.

I have seen them try to convince a b uyer that the swamp was good for deer, from what he heard.

The agent has never even seen a deer in the wild.

This also holds true for fishing, Hobby farms

Especially Horse lovers.

One agent told the buyer they could have 5 horse's on a 2 1/2 acre of land.  Not unless you are buying all the food.

Buyers and seller need to know that the agent is familiar with the property in question and not that he or she has heard about it!.

I even had an agent call me and tell me they were lost on a parcel of land and could not find their way out.  I was a 20 acre piece of land.

If you don't know how to walk into a woods and then find your way out...DON'T GO IN!!!!
